Responsibilities

Engage customers: Identify HR challenges and guide customers toward the right paid consulting services
Build awareness: Develop creative, grassroots approaches to increase visibility and understanding of our consulting offerings
Collaborate across teams: Partner with Marketing, Sales, and CX to shape messaging, campaigns, and materials that highlight consulting value
Test and iterate: Run small-scale experiments to find what resonates—whether it’s outreach language, nurture workflows, or packaging ideas
Nurture and convert: Maintain relationships with interested customers and coordinate seamless handoffs into consulting engagements
Listen and learn: Gather insights from customers and internal teams to continuously improve our GTM approach and service design
Represent the customer voice: Help shape how BambooHR delivers and evolves HR Consulting based on real feedback and results
