Requirements

  • Knowledgeable in EMEA HR Compliance related requirements (e.g., supported Gender Pay Gap reporting, familiar with GDPR and BDESE, experienced with external labor audits)
  • Driven: comfortable with ambiguity, forges ahead to produce results even when things are in flux, doesn't settle for the status quo
  • Customer centric: keeps the customer experience at the forefront, able to navigate between stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Manage HR compliance related projects for the EMEA region (e.g., gender pay gap reporting, time tracking, policy development, labour audit responses)
  • Independently translate legal obligations into compliant deliverables, staying informed on the evolving labour and compliance landscape in the region
  • Partner with HR and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Provide guidance to HR project teams to ensure new EMEA programs align with compliance requirements
  • Ensure appropriate documentation, interpretation, and communication to EMEA regional leaders regarding the implementation of various compliance plans
  • In partnership with the HR Analytics team, analyze, refine, and present data to the EMEA regional HR leadership team regarding compliance efforts and progress
