Candidates must possess at least 8 years of progressive HR compliance or employment law experience across multiple APAC countries. A strong understanding of HR practices, job architecture, and compensation management is necessary, along with proficiency in Google Suite. Ideal candidates will have experience with Workday, ServiceNow, government reporting, and time-tracking systems, preferably within a fast-paced global tech company.
The HR Compliance Analyst will collaborate with various departments to draft, implement, and monitor HR policies in line with employment laws, supporting global expansion and M&A activities. Responsibilities include managing government reporting, conducting compliance audits, rolling out mandatory training, and identifying areas for compliance improvement. The analyst will also research legal updates, summarize changes, and advise stakeholders on potential impacts to the company.
