Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience (e.g., Generalist, Specialist, or HR Business Partner), ideally in a high-growth tech or SaaS environment and supporting Go-To-Market functions
  • Strong working knowledge of U.S. employment laws and People best practices
  • Proven ability to influence and build strong relationships across all levels of an organization, from individual contributors to senior leadership, driving alignment and collaboration to achieve business outcomes
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing change initiatives, helping teams and leaders navigate transitions effectively, while maintaining engagement and performance
  • Proficiency with HRIS and other HR/People systems and platforms (e.g., BambooHR, TriNet, AON, CultureAmp)
  • A high level of discretion, integrity, and a strong moral compass
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and collaborate effectively with employees and leaders across the organization
  • Experience working with or through a Professional Employer Organization (PEO) or workforce management firm, preferred
  • Must be able to work from Tines’ Boston office at least one day per week (based in the greater Boston area)

Responsibilities

  • Partnering with first and second line business leaders to provide guidance on talent strategies, performance management, and team development that align with organizational objectives
  • Providing consultative support to managers on employee relations matters, coaching conversations, and team dynamics to enhance leadership effectiveness
  • Supporting managers in understanding & following HR policies, compliance requirements, and best practices
  • Collaborating with People Team colleagues to develop and implement programs, policies, and process improvements that support business goals and enhance employee experience
  • Providing HR operational support by liaising with internal stakeholders and external partners on matters related to benefits, leave management, and payroll administration, ensuring timely resolution while maintaining a positive employee experience
  • Gathering and analyzing HR metrics to provide insights into decision-making and program effectiveness
