Responsibilities

  • Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con la alta dirección para comprender los objetivos de la empresa y desarrollar iniciativas de RR.HH. que respalden estos objetivos
  • Apoyar la alineación estratégica con las áreas clientes y los diferentes individuos que la conforman
  • Guiar a los líderes y equipos a través de procesos de cambio organizacional, acompañando el proceso de transición de manera efectiva y minimizando la resistencia al cambio
  • Proporcionar asesoramiento experto sobre gestión de talento, desarrollo organizacional y relaciones con los empleados
  • Hacer seguimiento constante y analizar las métricas de RR.HH. para identificar tendencias y áreas de mejora, garantizando que las iniciativas de RR.HH. respalden el rendimiento general de la empresa, mejoren la eficacia de la organización y creen un lugar de trabajo positivo y productivo
  • Actuar como enlace entre RR.HH. y otros departamentos, fomentando un entorno colaborativo y garantizando que las políticas y prácticas de RR.HH. se implementen de manera eficaz
  • Supervisar los esfuerzos para impulsar la mejora de la eficacia de la organización ayudando a crear una cultura positiva y productiva en el lugar de trabajo, centrándose en las iniciativas de participación y retención de los empleados que impulsan el éxito general
  • Participar y coordinar proyectos de recursos humanos a nivel regional y global, asegurando que las soluciones implementadas estén alineadas a la estrategia del negocio y sean escalables en toda la región
  • Ejecutar estrategias de los Centers of Excellence (COE) de manera efectiva dentro de los tiempos establecidos
  • Identificar, desarrollar y acompañar la ejecución de planes de desarrollo individual para colaboradores clave y formular planes de acción para mejorar los resultados de las encuestas de clima organizacional
  • Gestionar y optimizar continuamente las estructuras organizacionales, validando formalmente el presupuesto y la estructura con el HR Controller
  • Liderar procesos relacionados con las relaciones laborales, asegurando un ambiente de trabajo respetuoso, colaborativo y conforme a la legislación
  • Ser socio estratégico de las áreas cliente en la región Spanish Latam (Colombia, Chile, Perú, Panamá, Argentina y México), trabajando con sus líderes y ejecutando planes, programas y estrategias de los COE mientras retroalimenta al equipo de HR con las necesidades encontradas
