Requirements

10+ years of HR Business Partnering or relevant leadership experience with an overall of 12+ years in the industry
A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and be a self-starter
Hands-on experience in Organization Design, Organization Development, Talent Management, Culture Building, and change management
Expertise in understanding the HR value chain in terms of processes and systems

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted business partner and coach to senior leaders in the organization
Coach, advise, and recommend people interventions to Directors & Sr. Directors in your business
Understand strategic intent of the business and diagnose the organization using data and insights to build people & organizational priorities for your respective business unit
Work on big problems from critical organizational and people issues to identifying and developing key leadership talent to culture and change management to putting Adobe for All into action
Influence, collaborate, and direct Employee Experience COEs to shape/design the support you provide your business leaders
Be a leader throughout Adobe - speak up, keep it real, and agitate when necessary
Speak "business" more than "HR" lingo
