Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in the HR field, with significant experience supporting C-level executives on large-scale business initiatives in complex organizational contexts
  • Deeply data-oriented thinker with ability to gather, interpret people data, identify trends, and relay data compellingly to inspire action
  • Past experience with complex change management initiatives
  • Strong and ever-deepening business acumen to quickly understand business operations and prioritize accordingly
  • Powerful influence skills, including thoughtful coaching and insight at all levels, especially executive leadership
  • Effective cross-functional partnership skills, building bridges across client group divisions and HR COEs
  • Strong problem-solving skills, centered on deeply understanding and articulating business problems and strategy
  • Significant experience implementing effective interventions addressing specific business needs, with ability to monitor and measure success

Responsibilities

  • Develop deep knowledge of the business to partner and consult with leaders on achieving core business objectives
  • Work directly with leaders in assigned client group to drive projects focused on employee experience, retention, engagement, productivity, and overall people and talent strategies to achieve departmental and company goals
  • Regularly gather and interpret people data to identify trends and provide proactive insights to leadership addressing operational needs
  • Provide day-to-day support and coaching to leadership on employee relations issues, compliance, policy interpretation and application, talent management and development, and organizational structure and design
  • Collaborate on developing the culture of assigned functions
  • Partner with HR and company leaders to grow the capacity of the organization’s key talent and associated development programming
  • Support annual HR cycle deliverables, including performance management, merit and bonus awards, benefits enrollment, etc
  • Partner closely with senior leadership to craft interventions addressing internal client groups’ specific business needs, tied to overall business strategy and objectives
  • Work on projects impacting the broader organization, focusing on clear project plans, thoughtful interdependencies, and strong execution
