Requirements

Responsibilities

The People Systems and Operations Associate will manage and maintain core HR systems, acting as the expert for system functionality and scalability. They will ensure the accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity of employee data, building and maintaining automated reports and dashboards for stakeholders. This role involves identifying and automating manual processes, translating business needs into efficient workflows, and supporting company-wide People programs through effective systems design. Additionally, the Associate will ensure system configurations meet compliance requirements, lead audit data pulls, and serve as a resource to employees for HR system-related inquiries.
