Job Overview

The ideal candidate will be instrumental in ensuring Legion attracts top-tier talent. We are looking for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and are comfortable taking a proactive approach with a passion for recruitment.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage new hire onboarding processes with meticulous attention to detail, as required.
  • Coordinate candidate background checks and act as the primary liaison with the background check vendor, as needed.
  • Support all pre-onboarding tasks in collaboration with the HR and Recruiting teams.
  • Efficiently coordinate phone and Zoom interviews for candidates.
  • Manage both internal and external job postings, including distribution to various job boards, niche sites, and affinity organizations.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) to ensure data integrity and SOC2 compliance.
  • Respond to all recruiting-related inquiries, including application status, recruitment process, and benefits information.
  • Proactively identify potential issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of all recruiting-related documents, such as applications and background check authorization forms.
  • Demonstrate accountability for work and ensure projects are completed within designated timelines.
  • Communicate professionally and uphold a high level of confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Recruiting Coordinator.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite products.
  • Experience using Workday as an Applicant Tracking System.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SOC2 compliance.
  • Demonstrated ability as a high-energy problem solver with strong attention to detail.
  • Highly organized with the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service focus.
