Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain employee records (digital and physical)
- Assist with filing documents such as contracts, NDAs, etc
- Prepare onboarding documents and welcome kits
- Assist with orientation sessions for new hires
- Support data entry and report generation
- Contribute fresh ideas to improve HR processes and enhance the overall employee experience
