Responsibilities

Organize and maintain employee records (digital and physical)
Assist with filing documents such as contracts, NDAs, etc
Prepare onboarding documents and welcome kits
Assist with orientation sessions for new hires
Support data entry and report generation
Contribute fresh ideas to improve HR processes and enhance the overall employee experience
