Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the networking or IT channel operations space. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are required, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

The HPE Aruba Networking Channel Operations Project Manager will manage the end-to-end operational business relationship for customer and partner accounts, acting as the single point of sales operations accountability and execution. This role involves reviewing agreements and contracts, implementing sales operations processes, identifying sales enablement opportunities, developing action plans to address customer and partner dissatisfaction, managing key initiatives, supporting sales readiness activities, and providing frequent updates to geo channel teams. The Project Manager will also serve on account teams, conduct operational analysis, escalate and resolve complex issues, represent customer/partner requirements, and collaborate with other functions to drive resolution.
