Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in related field required or equivalent experience and an active RRT license
Degree in Respiratory Therapy with at least 4 years of clinical experience
A minimum of 4 years related sales experience within the medical device industry and/or Homecare Market
Prior experience with respiratory medical device sales highly preferred
Ability to motivate individuals and the team to perform at their personal best and hold direct reports accountable to performance targets
Ability to pass all vendor credentialing requirements (including COVID vaccines if required)
Must maintain an active professional LinkedIn Profile
Occasional overnight travel required (roughly 20% + of the time) across assigned territories (Currently US)

Responsibilities

Managing the sales team within assigned Division by driving the achievement of sales, profit objectives and organizational goals
Hiring, developing, leading, and coaching a team
Supporting the development of sales strategies and partnering with operational business units
Collaborating with the Director of Advanced Ventilation Solutions to establish sales targets and works to develop and execute the sales strategy to achieve the annual sales objectives
Managing a team to achieve/exceed both quarterly and annual sales objectives and growth targets
Managing several products and/or product lines in both the Hospital and Home Markets
Collaborating with the Non-Acute Care team to coordinate and deliver comprehensive onsite and virtual customer training and education i.e., curriculum, process/tools and programs for focus products
Identifying and proposing lead generation and/or customer events, managing expenses to a pre-determined budget
Representing Sentec at trade shows, conferences and symposiums as needed
