Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field required or equivalent experience and an active RRT license
  • Degree in Respiratory Therapy with at least 4 years of clinical experience
  • A minimum of 4 years related sales experience within the medical device industry and/or Homecare Market
  • Prior experience with respiratory medical device sales highly preferred
  • Ability to motivate individuals and the team to perform at their personal best and hold direct reports accountable to performance targets
  • Ability to pass all vendor credentialing requirements (including COVID vaccines if required)
  • Must maintain an active professional LinkedIn Profile
  • Occasional overnight travel required (roughly 20% + of the time) across assigned territories (Currently US)

Responsibilities

  • Managing the sales team within assigned Division by driving the achievement of sales, profit objectives and organizational goals
  • Hiring, developing, leading, and coaching a team
  • Supporting the development of sales strategies and partnering with operational business units
  • Collaborating with the Director of Advanced Ventilation Solutions to establish sales targets and works to develop and execute the sales strategy to achieve the annual sales objectives
  • Managing a team to achieve/exceed both quarterly and annual sales objectives and growth targets
  • Managing several products and/or product lines in both the Hospital and Home Markets
  • Collaborating with the Non-Acute Care team to coordinate and deliver comprehensive onsite and virtual customer training and education i.e., curriculum, process/tools and programs for focus products
  • Identifying and proposing lead generation and/or customer events, managing expenses to a pre-determined budget
  • Representing Sentec at trade shows, conferences and symposiums as needed
