Responsibilities

  • Sells new accounts to prospects specializing in home insurance products (outbound and inbound phone sales with warm leads provided)
  • Gathers information from prospects, presents proposals, reviews coverages in detail, and ensures client understanding
  • Finalizes sales, collects deposits, arranges for binders and certificates, and briefs the service team on policy sales
  • Communicates effectively with clients, prospects, insurance company partners, and the service team
  • Adheres to firm policies and procedures, maintains accuracy, timeliness, and minimizes potential errors and omissions claims
  • Maintains understanding of insurance industry and underwriting criteria
