Responsibilities

  • Ensure seamless integration of their domain with the broader system architecture, balancing technical innovation with program objectives and customer requirements
  • Work with HM counterparts to address forthcoming challenges before they become issues or risks for HMS programs
  • Develop a comprehensive approach to addressing both short- and long-term requirements while driving innovation
  • Serve as the central point of coordination for technical alignment between HM and HMS, conveying synchronization in roadmaps and execution
  • Actively participate in the joint Architecture Board
  • Influence the technical roadmap, systems engineering processes, and program execution strategies through collaboration with Chief Engineers
  • Maintain awareness, custody, and governance of the cohesive technical roadmap within HMS
