Requirements

  • Advanced study such as an EdD or PhD strongly preferred, especially in fields connected to teaching, learning, curriculum design, or digital pedagogy
  • Extensive teaching experience in higher education, ideally 10 or more years, with a clear understanding of how students learn and how faculty design meaningful learning experiences
  • Direct experience supporting curriculum design, digital learning, or educational innovation within a college or university setting
  • A strong track record of working with faculty and academic leaders to refine courses, integrate new approaches, and support meaningful change in teaching and learning

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with academic leaders to develop educational strategies integrating Adobe solutions
  • Lead institutional engagement initiatives that drive measurable adoption, helping partners evolve from early experimentation to full curriculum integration and active use across programs
  • Partner with Customer Success teams to track and analyze adoption metrics, develop action plans, and ensure ongoing engagement aligned with institutional goals
  • Guide faculty champions and leadership teams in building professional learning models that advance creativity and Generative AI literacy in the classroom
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Product Management, and Education Marketing teams to share feedback and insights that inform strategy, messaging, and product development
  • Develop and deliver presentations, workshops, and thought leadership sessions at regional and institutional events that showcase guidelines in curriculum innovation
  • Encourage communities of practice across EMEA, linking educators who are integrating Adobe's Generative AI solutions in educational settings and sharing scalable success models
  • Contribute to the design and execution of Adobe education programs and initiatives that strengthen partner outcomes and expand the impact of Adobe’s role in higher education
