Responsibilities
- Support the development of our High-Tech business to drive growth, operational efficiency, and market leadership
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market trends, competitive analysis, and best practices
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define and drive business plan for the High-Tech business
- Oversee day-to-day operations of projects ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget
- Manage client expectations on projects while delivering value for our clients
- Provide periodic reports and presentations to senior leadership and board members on the status of key projects
- Manage expectations and drive personal growth of the project team members
- Support in growing the practice in hiring and coaching of our consultants
- Partner cross Infosys with other service lines like ADM, BPM and Engineering, and sales teams to ensure alignment in sales and delivery
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure smooth project execution
