Responsibilities

  • Lead mapping of health system workflows and identify pain points impeding patient access to therapies
  • Devise and implement strategies to remove barriers, such as redesigning patient referral pathways, integrating digital platforms, developing new models of care coordination, or policy advocacy
  • Build trust and mutual understanding with key healthcare stakeholders (HCPs and treatment centers)
  • Consult regularly with HCPs and operational leaders to co-create initiatives addressing capacity bottlenecks like workforce shortages, outdated processes, or technology gaps
  • Facilitate workshops, roundtables, and joint working groups to tailor solutions to real-world needs
  • Drive systemic improvements through pilot programs (e.g., virtual consultations, decentralized treatment models), workflow redesigns to eliminate inefficiencies, and digital solutions to automate tasks
  • Evaluate projects for impact on providers (reduced burnout, improved job satisfaction) and patients (quicker access, better outcomes)
  • Collaborate seamlessly with internal cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Sales
