Responsibilities

Lead mapping of health system workflows and identify pain points impeding patient access to therapies
Devise and implement strategies to remove barriers, such as redesigning patient referral pathways, integrating digital platforms, developing new models of care coordination, or policy advocacy
Build trust and mutual understanding with key healthcare stakeholders (HCPs and treatment centers)
Consult regularly with HCPs and operational leaders to co-create initiatives addressing capacity bottlenecks like workforce shortages, outdated processes, or technology gaps
Facilitate workshops, roundtables, and joint working groups to tailor solutions to real-world needs
Drive systemic improvements through pilot programs (e.g., virtual consultations, decentralized treatment models), workflow redesigns to eliminate inefficiencies, and digital solutions to automate tasks
Evaluate projects for impact on providers (reduced burnout, improved job satisfaction) and patients (quicker access, better outcomes)
Collaborate seamlessly with internal cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Sales
