Minimum of five (5) years of biotechnology or pharmaceutical experience in market access strategy/HEOR role (rare disease and specialty care product experience is preferred)
NRDL project management and consulting job experience is referred
Fluency in English (verbal and written) is required

Responsibilities
Develop integrated access strategies and lead tactical plans
Cooperate with national and regional market access teams to secure public funding or commercial insurance
Lead the pricing & market access strategy & tactics for Biogen products
Align strategy & tactics across China cross-functions, regional and global teams
Cooperate with global Value & Access team, external vendors and HE experts
Design and implement Health Economics projects and generate China local economic evidence
Develop stakeholder mapping and customer engagement strategy and plan
Develop value dossier/key message/communication materials
Provide policy/market access landscape analysis
Explore innovative access models and contracting
Build relationships with policy makers/payers/payer advisors
Deliver favorable policy environments for Biogen products
