Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Extensive experience in trade marketing, category management, and channel/customer management (preferably in Modern Retail and General Trade)
  • Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage multi-functional teams and influence stakeholders
  • Expertise in pricing strategy, trade fund management, and financial acumen
  • Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and project management skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead Annual Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Joint Business Planning (JBP) processes
  • Develop and execute trade channel strategies to drive sales growth, share growth, and new user recruitment
  • Design and implement Retail Performance Standards (RPS) and category management activities
  • Own pricing and promotion strategies, trade spend management and ensure effective adoption of trade spend systems (Exceedra)
  • Drive GTM innovation and capability building for the trade marketing team
  • Lead key stakeholder engagement, internal reviews, and external partnerships with retailers and distributors
  • Build organizational capability through coaching, knowledge sharing, and fostering an agile team culture
  • Act as guardian of trade sales policies, compliance, and pricing integrity
