  • Develop Onboarding Programs: Create high-impact onboarding processes that integrate new hires quickly and effectively
  • Enhance Compensation Frameworks: Manage competitive and equitable compensation and benefits programs
  • Ensure Global Compliance: Maintain and enforce policies that align with employment laws and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions
  • Drive Operational Excellence: Partner closely with People Operations, Legal, and Finance to streamline workflows, reduce time to hire, and improve hiring metrics
  • Be a Cultural Sounding Board: Act as a trusted thought partner to the VP, People and broader leadership team
