Responsibilities

  • Establish and execute the overarching talent acquisition strategy, translating business objectives into measurable hiring goals and scalable workforce plans
  • Reimagine and rebuild the TA function with varied hiring strategies, team resourcing (internal recruiters, contract/agency support), and contribute to a high-performance culture in P&C
  • Manage resource allocation and workflow to meet hiring goals efficiently, using TA metrics to inform decisions
  • Define, champion, and amplify the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and employer brand across channels
  • Develop and implement engaging marketing campaigns and content strategies to promote Visier as an employer of choice
  • Ensure employer brand authentically reflects culture of learning, high performance, and team-focused delivery
  • Partner with Marketing and Communications teams for brand consistency and market impact
  • Design and operationalize proactive, long-term talent pipeline strategies for critical skill sets
  • Identify opportunities to connect with talent beyond usual channels
  • Utilize market intelligence and recruiting data to anticipate talent needs and build sustainable talent communities (including campus program)
  • Oversee Talent Relationship Management (TRM) to cultivate long-term connections with passive and silver-medalist candidates
  • Set the vision and manage all operational aspects of the TA function, focusing on the four core strategic pillars
