Requirements

  • Proficiency in program management, including solutions design, governance, team build-out, budget management, value realization, and risk management
  • Experience in establishing governance structures, risk registries, compliance with policies and regulations, quality audits, and metric rigor

Responsibilities

  • Partner with GSHR Leaders to develop and deliver the GSHR multi-year strategic plan and annual operating and financial plans
  • Provide oversight and execution of high-impact programs across people, process, technology, and capability development
  • Shape GSHR’s multi-year strategy, influence key programs and transformations to deliver on the business strategy
  • Implement and deliver programs requiring cross-functional GSHR orchestration
  • Partner with finance to develop balanced financial plans and orchestrate resources across HR and GS for highest impact initiatives
  • Collaborate with business partners to organize programs for success, including team leadership, solutions design, governance, team build-out, budget, value realization, and stakeholder management
  • Create awareness of GSHR’s portfolio health by engaging partners to ensure core projects deliver on value commitments
  • Own GSHR’s strategic roadmap by developing/refreshing multi-year strategy based on business context, internal stakeholders, and external insights
  • Provide leadership and oversight to GSHR programs requiring cross-functional orchestration, ensuring integrated plans, coaching execution teams, and value realization across efficiency, effectiveness, and experience
  • Influence sponsors and stakeholders on program scope, value, resource commitment, performance, risks, and value delivery
  • Direct accountability for portfolio governance, transformation programs, and the GS HR Implementation Office
