Startups Community Manager - NVIDIA Inception

Position Overview

NVIDIA Inception is a global program dedicated to supporting AI startups. We provide developer training, valuable resources, exclusive offers from NVIDIA and its partners, and preferential access to NVIDIA's AI ecosystem. We are seeking a passionate Program Manager to build and foster partnerships with startups, aiding their growth on NVIDIA platforms. This role involves developing the ecosystem by recruiting and nurturing startups across North America at scale.

The position reports to the North America Inception Community Manager Lead and will collaborate closely with a diverse cross-functional team within NVIDIA, including Developer Relations, Solutions Architects, Product Management, Sales, and Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of NVIDIA solutions among Inception members by coordinating and conducting webinars, Open House events, and Ask-Me-Anything sessions.
• Guide Inception members to relevant content and tools, educating them on NVIDIA's platforms and offerings.
• Review all new program submissions and onboard new members.
• Deliver and follow up on Inception members' program benefits and support requests.
• Maintain data quality and identify trends within the US startup ecosystem, sharing insights with the broader organization.
• Engage with third-party partners, Venture Capitalists, and Accelerators to identify alignment and establish pathways to enable their startup communities.
• Act as the voice of NVIDIA Inception members, becoming a specialist in their needs and motivations. Develop a deep understanding of their goals, strategies, and both technical and business requirements.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of working experience in related fields such as startup accelerators and incubators, executive or management positions at startups, platform ecosystem development at large technology companies, or venture capital.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience.
• Technical Aptitude: A strong affinity for technology and technical subjects.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills; personable, friendly, and enjoy interacting with numerous people. This role will work with partners, NVIDIA internal teams, and hundreds, if not thousands, of startups.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills. You will be a trusted advocate for NVIDIA to startups and players across the ecosystem.
