Candidates should possess an expert-level understanding of SEO practices, techniques, and trends, along with a first-rate content writer, editor, and strategist skillset. A keen understanding of data and the ability to identify problem areas and opportunities, and communicate them persuasively, is also required, alongside a strong understanding of the product, customer, market, and industry.
The Head of SEO will set and deliver the Organic Search strategy, manage the SEO team of seven across all on-page, off-page, and tech areas, and ensure our web domains are easily discoverable across all major search engines. They will shape a content and site architecture strategy to attract, engage, and convert high-intent visitors, manage the budget and vendors supporting the strategy, own the Global channel-level KPIs, and work with internal and external stakeholders to drive Organic growth, ensuring web domains perform across key SEO UX and core web vital metrics. Additionally, they will play a leadership role in the Demand Growth team, contributing to overall NPC ARR growth, and presenting comfortably to company and senior leaders, as well as representing Pipedrive in industry podcasts and publications.
