Responsibilities

  • Define and oversee OpenBank’s product vision and roadmap across all core offerings and geographies
  • Ensure strategic alignment between product initiatives, business goals and market opportunities
  • Balance innovation, speed-to-market and operational excellence in product decision-making
  • Lead and manage the team of Product Owners across all product lines
  • Ensure clear ownership of business and functional requirements, product specifications and backlog prioritization
  • Promote agile methodologies and outcome-oriented product development culture
  • Own the UX strategy for both consumer and merchant experiences (web, app, embedded)
  • Coordinate user research, design systems and prototyping to deliver frictionless, accessible and high-conversion journeys
  • Align UX with brand, product functionality and technical feasibility
  • Partner with cross-functional leads to embed OpenBank’s financing capabilities into agent-driven ecosystems (LLMs, wallets, Operator agents)
  • Contribute to the design of developer-facing tools (e.g. SDKs, Agentic Toolkits) that enable seamless integration with intelligent agents
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Commercial to ensure successful product delivery from concept to deployment
  • Support B2B and embedded finance initiatives with product tooling for merchant onboarding, configuration and reporting
  • Ensure that every product solves real pain points and delivers measurable value to users and partners
  • Monitor feedback, data and performance metrics to continuously improve product-market fit and customer satisfaction
