About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Product Marketing to join our growing team. You will be instrumental in promoting our SaaS-based risk platform, which helps financial institutions and retail businesses accelerate growth while mitigating fraud and compliance risks. Your role will involve developing and executing marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention, working closely with product, sales, and design teams to ensure effective market positioning and alignment with customer needs.


Responsibilities

  • Develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies to drive platform adoption and usage.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, the competitive landscape, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with the product team to identify and articulate key platform features, benefits, and solutions to customer problems.
  • Partner with the content team to create compelling marketing materials such as sales collateral, whitepapers, and webinars.
  • Support the sales team by developing product demos, case studies, and customer success stories.
  • Assist in partner marketing initiatives through joint marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Continuously analyze and optimize marketing programs to enhance conversion rates and customer lifetime value.
  • Track and report on key marketing metrics to the executive team.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing for B2B SaaS or enterprise software, with a focus on fraud prevention or compliance.
  • Proven success in developing and executing product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive marketing decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts into clear, compelling messages.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer success teams to achieve results.
  • Experience in collaborating with partners on joint marketing initiatives.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with a proactive, "roll-up-your-sleeves" attitude.
  • Familiarity with the financial services or eCommerce industry is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Compensation: Base pay range of $175K-200K USD, plus equity with significant upside potential.
  • Benefits: Attractive benefits package including generous cash and equity compensation, early exercise for all options (including pre-vested), and flexible paid time off.
