Requirements

Candidates must have 5-7+ years of procurement experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably within international IT/tech companies. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is required, along with strong analytical, negotiation, and contract management skills. Proficiency in ERP/procurement systems such as Workday, SAP, Coupa, Oracle, Jira, or ServiceNow is essential, as is an understanding of procurement compliance and risk management. Relevant certifications like CIPS, CPSM, or PMP are a plus.

Responsibilities

The Head of Procurement will develop and execute strategic procurement visions aligned with business goals and global standards. This includes leading end-to-end procurement functions, managing category management, sourcing, vendor selection, contract negotiation, and supplier relationships. The role involves overseeing procurement processes, ensuring compliance with policies, and leading digitalization initiatives. Responsibilities also include acting as a trusted business partner to internal stakeholders, managing and mentoring the procurement team, driving cost optimization, developing and controlling KPIs, and managing the P2P process flow and data within the ERP and contract management tools.
