Responsibilities

The Global Procurement Director of Solutions Excellence & User Experience will lead the delivery of programs and projects associated with Gilead’s multi-year functional transformation, focusing on the Global Buying Experience Program and improving overall user experience through process and solution excellence. This includes aligning project plans, driving organizational readiness, change readiness and impact assessments, stakeholder and employee engagement, large-scale training, organizational performance analysis, and communication programs. They will also oversee the integration and optimization of technology platforms, collaborate with IT and other departments, and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders globally to drive digital and technology transformation initiatives, identify innovative technology solutions, and develop and implement the multi-year digital roadmap for Global Procurement.
