Candidates should possess at least 5 years of experience in product launch, go-to-market strategy, and product roadmap management within high-tech environments, along with a proven track record of entrepreneurial leadership in building and scaling successful products. They should have experience with project management, risk mitigation, and resource allocation in dynamic environments, and a strong background in customer development and managing critical relationships with government, commercial, and technical stakeholders. Specific experience in precision navigation and timing (PNT) technologies, or related sensor subsystems is preferred.
The Head of PNT Products will define the vision, product roadmap, and market-entry strategies based on market insights and competitive analysis, identifying critical investments and strategic partnerships. They will oversee the end-to-end execution of product development activities and launches, managing project timelines and risks, and manage product development budget. Furthermore, they will develop and maintain strong customer connections, serve as the voice of the customer, design and develop the infrastructure plan for the products division, recruit and mentor top talent, and work closely with engineering, operations, legal, and executive leadership to create a high-performing culture.
