Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, CS or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 12+ years of work experience, including progressive growth within strategy, operational, and analytical roles
  • At least 5+ years experience at a high-growth technology company
  • Deep curiosity of AI technology and fluency in streamlining operations using AI
  • Systems thinker who has the ability to build and execute remarkably fast, with conviction, exemplary judgment and limited guidance
  • A top talent magnet with proven leadership of cross functional and high performing teams

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Chief People Officer and People Staff Leads to craft People strategy and own the design and execution of scalable operations to drive growth objectives
  • Build and scale People Analytics function, designing the pipeline of data from the ground up and translating complex inputs into actionable insights to drive strategic business decisions and measure effectiveness of people programs
  • Lead the integration of AI and emerging technologies across the People function to eliminate manual work and unlock smarter decision-making; partner with internal product and engineering teams to bring People-centric insights into Notion product development
  • Build and lead a lean, high-performing team to elevate Notion's people infrastructure
  • Partner with People Staff and business leaders to shape the future of Notion’s workforce, including global expansion opportunities, headcount planning, and strategic programs
