Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive partner sales strategies aligned with Adobe's regional markets and global objectives
  • Develop implementation, run and operate services practices within our partner community in line with local market requirements
  • Drive joint demand generation programs and revenue through co-selling motions and partner-led deals
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key technology partners, system integrators, and resellers
  • Lead regional partner strategy and execution, ensuring compliance with global partner programs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Consulting Delivery, Product, and Customer Success
  • Represent Adobe in external partner communities and industry forums
  • Establish rigorous sales discipline and forecast accuracy within the partner sales organization
  • Coach and develop a high-performing partner sales team to achieve growth targets
