Requirements

Candidates should have extensive experience (10+ years) in partnerships and alliances in a mid-to-large scale, high growth global sales organization, a proven track record building and scaling revenue-generating public sector partnerships, specifically with FSIs, strategic judgement, an analytical mindset, stellar relationship building and influencing skills at all organizational levels, a deep understanding of systems integrators, advisory firms, and resellers, exceptional communication skills, and demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

As the Head of Strategic Partnerships and Alliances for CGS, you will oversee all aspects of partnerships, channels, and alliances to facilitate revenue growth within the US public sector entity, design a strategy to build and nurture a network of strategic Public Sector alliances and partnerships, including Federal System Integrators (FSIs), Resellers, and other strategic targets, align around key Government Programs, work closely with senior leadership to develop and execute partnership strategies, drive revenue growth by launching impactful pipeline programs, enable joint sales engagement, align on strategic initiatives, innovate to support customers’ evolving missions, establish yourself and strategic partners as trusted extensions of the direct sales and services teams, balance process discipline with focused execution, partner with sales leadership and account teams to support their key activities, and develop and measure performance through KPIs such as partner generated pipeline and revenue.
