Requirements

Candidates should have over 7 years of operational leadership experience in tech, fintech, Web3, or similar scale-up environments. A deep understanding of operational processes, compliance, finance, and data infrastructure is essential, along with experience in multi-jurisdictional regulations like KYC, AML, and data privacy. Strong execution, stakeholder management, and communication skills are necessary, as is a detail-oriented, strategic mindset. Prior experience in blockchain/Web3 projects, DeFi, identity, or tokenization, and scaling operations in startups is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Head of Operations will define and implement the operations roadmap, including onboarding workflows, cross-functional coordination, OKRs, budget planning, and KPIs, while ensuring scalable systems are in place. They will collaborate with Product & Engineering leadership to streamline development processes, support MVP launches, and manage partner engagement processes from onboarding to performance tracking. Responsibilities also include developing and maintaining compliance frameworks, managing legal coordination for KYC/AML and data privacy, leading budgeting and financial forecasting, implementing operational infrastructure and optimizing internal workflows, and initially acting as an individual contributor with the potential to grow into a people management role.
