Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus)
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in a senior commercial leadership role within B2C and/or B2B management
  • Proven track record of building and scaling businesses and driving partnerships
  • Extensive experience in P&L management with a proven track record of delivering consistent performance across revenue and profitability

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the commercial strategy for North Europe, driving revenue, market share, and brand equity
  • Manage the North Europe P&L, including forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis for sustainable growth in top and bottom line
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing commercial team across North Europe, fostering collaboration and attracting & retaining top talent
  • Cultivate C-level relationships with key customers and partners for strategic alignment on shared goals
  • Partner with marketing teams to drive impactful strategies of Logitech-led campaigns, social e-commerce, innovations, and partnerships
  • Utilize advanced analytics and insights to monitor KPIs, understand customer behavior, and use data to drive decision making
  • Mobilize local teams for best-in-class execution, ensuring ROI realization
  • Act as a liaison between the North Europe team and other departments for cohesive omnichannel strategy and operational excellence while adhering to Logitech Values
  • Ensure all commercial and marketing activities comply with regional regulations and security protocols
