Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end launch and growth of a new, stealth-mode financial product as the Head of this new business line
  • Work cross-functionally with product, sales, operations, and regulatory teams to ensure a seamless go-to-market process
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that drive adoption, revenue growth, and long-term scalability
  • Take ownership of P&L management, including forecasting, performance analysis, and growth planning
  • Define success metrics and key performance indicators to measure progress and inform strategy
  • Shape the operational and growth strategy for this new venture while maintaining confidentiality throughout the project
  • Create strategic roadmaps, analyze performance metrics, and continuously refine the approach to accelerate growth
  • Build and lead a high-performing team as the business grows, leveraging existing company resources during the early stages
