Requirements

Candidates should possess a proven history in MSSP leadership, with experience managing global teams of 20+ people and demonstrated ability to transform long-tenured teams into high-performing units. Previous experience in a private equity/venture-backed startup in a high-growth environment is preferred, along with experience meeting with managed services customers in QBRs and driving practice roadmaps for service delivery excellence.

Responsibilities

As Head of Managed Services, the individual will drive security operations strategy and execution across the organization, build and implement operational excellence, advocate for platform strategy, and oversee all aspects of service delivery, primarily focusing on security operations. They will also be responsible for maximizing client retention, achieving operating margin goals, driving managed services delivery, and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance managed services with the customer base.
