The Director of Revenue Retention will lead and coach a team of Success Managers focused on ensuring MSP partners and mid-market customers maximize the value of Huntress’s cybersecurity solutions and renew their services. This includes developing and driving the team's strategy, partner engagement, and retention, as well as implementing and optimizing the operational strategy to manage retention revenue, working with senior executives to monitor company goals, KPIs, and performance metrics, forecasting and managing at-risk customers and partners, mitigating risk through structured processes, and leveraging data to lead retention strategies and establish best practices.
Managed endpoint detection and response services
Huntress provides managed endpoint detection and response (EDR) services to protect businesses from cyber threats, particularly ransomware. Their service includes 24/7 monitoring of clients' systems to identify potential cyberattacks.
