Responsibilities

  • Oversee inbound, outbound, and customer success account management (CSAM) efforts for Adobe's Digital Media business in Japan
  • Mobilize team and vendor resources to exceed gross and net new Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) goals, ensuring global alignment
  • Collaborate with key senior stakeholders in Japan to drive performance, innovation, and operational excellence
  • Provide strategic leadership, vision, and direction for the sales team
  • Develop and implement customer success management practices, including upselling and cross-selling
  • Cultivate a high-performance culture aligned with Adobe's values
  • Formulate and execute sales strategies tailored to the Japanese market
