  • Proficiency in digital marketing & analytics, including digital channels, SEO, content marketing, targeted campaigns, and performance measurement
  • Knowledge of compliance & regulatory alignment to ensure materials adhere to industry regulations and internal policies
  • Proven team leadership experience inspiring a team of 15+ marketing managers, creatives, and production specialists
  • Strategic vision combined with pragmatic execution, creativity, and analytical rigor in B2B and B2C marketing
  • Strong relationships with stakeholders across PRD, IMG, OGC, and divisional marketing teams
  • Deep understanding of institutional investors, financial advisors, and high net worth personal investors' needs, motivations, and dynamics
  • Proven experience in marketing investment products, with grasp of portfolio construction, asset allocation, and investment strategy
  • Ability to translate complex investment concepts into clear, actionable marketing communications for advisors, consultants, benefits managers, and personal investors
  • Prior leadership in investment marketing preferred
  • Exceptional communication skills, collaborative mindset, and relentless work ethic
  • High level of data fluency to analyze metrics and feedback for optimizing initiatives, focusing on product adoption (AUM growth), campaign performance (KPIs like engagement, conversion, leads), and sales enablement impact

Responsibilities

  • Develop compelling product narratives and messaging frameworks aligned with firm objectives
  • Lead creation and execution of integrated go-to-market plans for product launches, fund events, and market movements
  • Work with Sales Channel Marketing Team to design and deliver sales collateral, advisor toolkits, product guides, presentations, and training
  • Collaborate with Content Marketing Team, investment teams, portfolio managers, and SMEs to produce thought leadership, educational content, and market commentary
  • Leverage digital channels, search optimization, content marketing, targeted campaigns, and analytics to drive product awareness, engagement, and results
  • Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns comply with regulations, working with compliance and legal teams
  • Inspire and lead a team of 15+ to deliver high-quality work consistently
  • Work closely with investment specialists, portfolio managers, divisional marketers, sales leaders, and compliance to craft compelling, compliant messaging
  • Analyze metrics and advisor feedback to refine initiatives and achieve KPIs in product adoption, campaign performance, and sales enablement
