A Bachelor’s degree is required (MBA preferred), 15+ years of successful sales or relationship management experience in financial services, institutional client management experience, knowledge of RIA, Broker Dealer, Retirement and Institutional Insurance markets, prior leadership experience, and Series 7 and 63 licenses are required.
The role reports directly to the Head of Intermediary Investment Client Group (IICG) and oversees strategy among Relationship Managers (RM) and Key Account Managers (KAM) for strategic accounts.
Candidates with proven success in building and leading institutional relationship management teams, driving home office engagements, net flows, and business growth, plus a track record of navigating and influencing executive-level business leaders internally and externally, stand out.
