The Head of Infrastructure Engineering should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, and have 10+ years of experience managing a large global IT team in companies with 10,000+ employees. Hands-on experience with IAM (Okta, SailPoint), OS (macOS, Windows, Linux), Endpoint Management (Workspace One, Jamf, InTune, VDI), Vulnerability Management (Qualys, Tenable), Unified Communications (Zoom, Google Workspace), Service Management (ServiceNow, Jira), and IaaS (AWS, GCP) are required.
As the Head of Infrastructure Engineering, the individual will lead and rapidly scale Zoom’s global corporate IT infrastructure function, applying IT technologies to drive business results. They will be responsible for fostering a highly positive and collaborative mindset, driving change, developing partnerships, and fostering trust and collaboration within the team. The role also encompasses exceptional project delivery experience, monitoring and interpreting changes in employment legislation, developing HR policies to ensure compliance, conducting audits, delivering training, and advising management on HR-related risk mitigation strategies.
