Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
Proven experience in designing and managing complex IT infrastructures
Strong knowledge of networking, servers, storage, virtualization, and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure)
Professional certifications such as ITIL, TOGAF, or similar are preferred
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
Proven ability to manage budgets and optimize costs

Responsibilities

Develop and implement the infrastructure strategy in alignment with the company’s objectives
Lead and manage the infrastructure team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations
Design and oversee the deployment of scalable, high-availability infrastructure solutions
Ensure the security, reliability, and performance of servers, networks, and cloud services
Establish best practices for infrastructure management, including monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery
Manage vendor relationships and oversee procurement of hardware and software
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support application deployments and technology initiatives
Stay current with technology trends and developments to enhance infrastructure capabilities
Implement IT governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks
Develop and manage infrastructure budgets and resource allocation
