Requirements

Experience leading an FP&A team in financial decision-making
Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning aligned with strategic goals
Proficiency in preparing and consolidating monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages across global entities
Ability to partner with external auditors for accurate and timely audits
Skill in delivering clear, concise, data-backed reporting to investors and board members
Capability to identify financial risks and opportunities and drive corrective actions with leadership
Experience designing and implementing scalable reporting tools and dashboards
Leadership skills to lead, grow, and mentor the FP&A team

Responsibilities
