Responsibilities

  • End-to-end management of WM dedicated platforms, including value proposition, enhancement, maintenance, and integration with new tools, applications, and external systems
  • Develop and manage platform vision, roadmap, budgets, negotiations with partners and vendors, and authorization of new platform capabilities
  • Define and monitor platform maturity goals, service levels, and performance metrics
  • Serve as the single point of contact for all matters regarding the respective platforms
  • Ensure teams in the product group receive necessary support from the Enterprise for key strategic Wealth Management initiatives
  • Build relationships with Wealth Management executive stakeholders and influence enterprise stakeholders to achieve group objectives
  • Coordinate and collaborate with other Group Product Managers on strategic project decisions
  • Decide relative priorities of strategic business and risk-related initiatives with business stakeholders
  • Role model servant leadership principles and champion organization-wide leadership development initiatives
  • Proactively drive celebrations of milestones, recognize strengths, empower learning from failure, and advocate for promising ideas
  • Adjudicate conflicts between group teams regarding resources or priorities
  • Enable and reinforce adoption of platforms and capabilities
