Sound knowledge of Transfer Agency duties ideally in a similar role and of financial markets
Experience in a similar role or equivalent for at least 3 years
Fluency in English (both written and spoken); French or German is a distinct advantage
Good understanding of IT system flows and mastering MS Office
Attention to detail and focus on quality (working with accuracy)
Ability to work independently in an organized way and take up appropriate responsibility

Responsibilities
Day to day oversight of processing quality and timeliness
Ensure that Transfer Agency tasks are processed as per SLA
Ensure compliance with regulations and client specific requirements
Work with the team and group projects area on any allocated projects
Supervise the activities by signing the daily check-lists and completing monthly check-lists
Work with internal departments to evaluate and implement changes in proposed new regulations and ensure that all current requirements are met
Participate in and/or manage TA operational projects and ensure smooth implementation
Liaise with clients or CSDM/RM regarding the review of Fund Documentation (Prospectus, SLA, SLD)
Estimate the FTE requirements for the take-on of new Clients and run the take-on project, analyse legal/operational documents
Participate in Client Service Reviews and dedicated client calls
Point of contact for clients for escalation purposes
Recruit, train, mentor and develop employees
Set partner objectives, monitor these and provide feedback through regular one to one meetings and team meetings
Work out the team’s coverage plans
Completion of monthly KPIs and analyse monthly management information to understand and determine how to improve quality
Provide management and guidance to staff, fostering an environment which encourages employee participation, teamwork and communication
Development, recruitment, appraisals and retention of partners
Manage the structure of the team and the changes to implement in the scope of the growth of the Company
Handle all funds and auditors queries related to dealing activities: management of internal-external audit/global compliance testing/regulator reviews
Respond to all clients and/or associated internal departmental queries in a timely, accurate and professional manner in accordance with departmental procedures
