Responsibilities

  • Recruit, coach, and empower a team of high-performing AI Engagement and Program Managers; define success metrics, playbooks, and new operating models
  • Lead the team to drive enterprise-scale creative and content transformations using Adobe solutions and third-party models; act as executive sponsor for key accounts, ensuring alignment across DX/DME, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Enablement
  • Function as a continuous product innovation engine—originate and launch 0→1 product opportunities, feed repeatable customer solutions and use cases into the product roadmap, and develop scalable digital and AI transformation strategies
  • Establish proven approaches to measure and articulate value across the customer base; surface insights on differentiated value and faster implementation opportunities; scale successful adoption strategies and address challenges
  • Stay current on AI trends to evolve team capabilities and offerings
  • Embed governance, quality, and performance metrics into every engagement; drive continuous team improvement and champion cross-functional collaboration
  • Foster a high-performance, product management, and customer-obsessed culture by mentoring the team
