They should have proven experience marrying the quantitative with the creative, using results to drive creative outcomes, and proficiency in design tools, along with a background in localizing creative work to support local market needs.
The Head of Creative will articulate a clear creative vision aligning with brand and company goals, champion creative excellence, lead the creative process from concept to execution, deliver razor-sharp creative thinking and strategy, inspire and mentor team talent, possess a deep understanding of marketing metrics and creative performance, drive innovation and experimentation, collaborate cross functionally, manage a creative budget, oversee campaigns from concept to execution, and bring a network of external freelancers, partners, and agencies to support the team’s output.
