The company is seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Creative to lead and elevate its creative direction across copy, design, and content. Reporting to the Creative & Operations Director, this role involves building and managing a multidisciplinary team of copywriters and designers. The Head of Creative will set the standard for Welltech’s creative quality, tone of voice, and visual storytelling across performance and brand marketing, and will be responsible for defining and driving creative strategy across the company's portfolio.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • A standout portfolio showcasing integrated campaigns, storytelling, and performance-driven design.
  • Strong visual and verbal communication skills, with the ability to inspire, align, and lead across teams.
  • Deep understanding of brand, product, and performance marketing.
  • Preferred: Experience working with consumer lifestyle, wellness, or tech brands.
  • Bonus: Skills in motion design or video storytelling.

Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of designers, writers, and art directors to deliver world-class creative across paid and owned channels (ads, reels, UGC, YouTube shorts, TikTok, CRM, and more).
  • Creative Vision: Own and advance Welltech’s creative voice and visual identity with consistency and innovation.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to translate strategic goals and user insights into compelling creative concepts.
  • Presentation & Advocacy: Clearly and confidently present and advocate for creative work across stakeholder groups.
  • System Development: Lead the creation of templates, guidelines, and scalable creative systems to support global growth.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay current with industry trends to ensure Welltech stands out in a competitive category.
  • Production Support: Enable production teams by providing them with necessary resources for large-scale delivery.
  • Data-Driven Creativity: Balance creativity with data, using insights and results to refine and evolve the team’s output.
