As the Head of Creative, you will build, lead, and mentor a multidisciplinary team of designers, writers, and art directors to deliver world-class creative across various channels, own Welltech’s creative voice and visual identity, collaborate with marketing and product teams to translate strategic goals into compelling concepts, present creative work to stakeholders, lead the development of creative systems, and balance creativity with data-driven insights to refine team output, ensuring every asset aligns with business goals and resonates with the global audience.
