Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead MNTN’s company-wide compensation strategy, including salary, bonus, commission, and equity programs
  • Serve as a trusted partner to the Chief People Officer and executive leadership on all compensation-related topics
  • Design and recommend commission structures and variable pay plans that align with sales strategy, performance metrics, and business objectives
  • Own compensation benchmarking, job architecture, and market analysis to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness
  • Lead the preparation of compensation reports, insights, and recommendations
  • Manage annual and ad-hoc compensation planning cycles, including merit increases, promotions, and incentive payouts
  • Ensure all programs comply with applicable compensation laws and regulations across jurisdictions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Sales, and People teams to align compensation initiatives with company goals
  • Build, develop, and lead a high-performing compensation team to support MNTN’s scale and future growth
