Responsibilities

  • Lead CNCC department for White Label Business development, achieve revenue targets, manage Commercial Support units, integrate teams to meet sales goals, ensure departmental sustainability, operations, growth, and innovation
  • Integrate services and strategy: plan scalable, competitive services and sales packages; develop unique full-media marketing positioning and long-term strategies; formulate commercial content and cross-platform promotion; integrate internal resources (editorial, advertising, social, video, data, design) for innovative integrated projects and products
  • Drive innovation and product planning: lead commercial content IP development and commercialization; introduce new content forms and revenue models; explore emerging media trends and tools; develop external collaborations (content creators, platforms, production teams) for impactful projects
  • Establish efficient cross-departmental collaboration processes, integrating key resources for client services and execution
  • Manage client relationships: deepen existing ties, provide customized solutions, develop new clients and partnerships, achieve annual sales/profit targets, ensure client satisfaction
  • Execute company or superior-assigned tasks with high responsiveness
