Responsibilities
Lead CNCC department for White Label Business development, achieve revenue targets, manage Commercial Support units, integrate teams to meet sales goals, ensure departmental sustainability, operations, growth, and innovation
Integrate services and strategy: plan scalable, competitive services and sales packages; develop unique full-media marketing positioning and long-term strategies; formulate commercial content and cross-platform promotion; integrate internal resources (editorial, advertising, social, video, data, design) for innovative integrated projects and products
Drive innovation and product planning: lead commercial content IP development and commercialization; introduce new content forms and revenue models; explore emerging media trends and tools; develop external collaborations (content creators, platforms, production teams) for impactful projects
Establish efficient cross-departmental collaboration processes, integrating key resources for client services and execution
Manage client relationships: deepen existing ties, provide customized solutions, develop new clients and partnerships, achieve annual sales/profit targets, ensure client satisfaction
